Many indie filmmakers, on a very limited budget, try to find alternative solutions. We found a great alternative to an expensive, and hard to setup, overhead silk. There, are, of course a lot of very low-budget approaches, like using rip-stop nylon with a pvc piping, or even electrical conduit frame. But, for a quick setup, low-cost, solution for a small outdoor scene, with one or two people in it, we think we found a great tool to add to your arsenal of gear.
